To be sure we get your order placed in full and as fast as possible, please review the following information:
- Door Thickness: When ordering any lockset, please be sure to specify your door thickness;
- Backsets: Spring latch-equipped sets come with a standard 2-3/8" backset; please specity 2-3/4" if required. For mortise locksets, please specify 2-1/2" or 2-3/4" backset.
- Shipping: Orders over $375.00 recieve free ground shipping; otherwise there is a flat $12 per order
- Restock Fee: Rocky Mountain Hardware has a 38% restocking fee.
